Whimsical yet utterly useful - love it! Well-made, like all the other Sammies products I've bought. Extremely eye-catching design which makes your kid the envy of all his/her friends. Highly practical - holds books, lunch AND change of clothes. Several compartments which makes it easy to organise stuff. Rain-proof. Can be used as back pack (has padded, comfy straps) as well as portfolio has handle between furry little ears. Zippers on inside and front so stuff doesn't fall out; sturdy clip fasteners on front so flap doesn't come loose. Easily washable and seems to have fabric protector on it (can't be sure but my son's school bag is still clean after 3 weeks usage). A really great buy! Would recommend the tiger model for an elementary school age boy (ages 6-10). Not for a toddler - fastener too difficult for small hands; also could get fingers pinched. Too big for little kids to carry. Great Backpacks and Super Cute! This is one great backpack. I've purchased them for my kids and they really hold up. We have the Tiger one and the Ladybird one. My oldest has had hers for years and it is still in great shape. As an added bonus it's really cute and their backpacks really stand out from the other kids. I know exactly which back-packs are ours. A great buy and worth the money! Good quality school bag. My 5 year old loves this bag. It seems really sturdy and is the perfect size for kindergarten, but the clips on the front are way too hard for her to open by herself. We have to leave them undone while she is at school or she will have to ask the teacher for help.
