Very happy with it.
I travel a great deal (a flight almost weekly) and after 8 years my 2001 wheelie bag was fraying badly and squeaky wheels. My wife said that's it - get a new one. I look at some bags that were 4X the price but this one seemed good. (Also I worry that the luxury brands might be magnets for theives.) There are several 21" models in this brand; the Lucerne stands upright very steadily and it has a 2" expansion zipper all around (like my battered old wheelie did.) I got the silver, because so many people have black and once someone walked off with my black wheelie, not from the luggage area, but from the airplane itself! That was a bad day. Anyway, it's a handsome dark "gunmetal" gray that hopefully should wear well. For the price it seems a real good deal. Only two small "cons" - the two front pockets aren't very large, and so I miss the thin but full-frontal pocket my old wheelie had. And it has a "fluids bag" (think shaving cream) that snaps inside the inner rim, using little snap-straps that are sewn very close to the zipper pathway, causing the zipper to easily snag on them. If you zip around with a slight outward tension it's flawless. On various websites I surveyed the Lucerne model seems to get somewhat higher marks that other models in this series.
