Great bag, great company I bought my Armor Traveler five years ago and have been pleased with it since I got it. The overall construction is excellent with very high quality zippers and convenient pockets. The rollers are nice and glide easily on almost any surface. This bag has been with us on 10+ dive vacations with out any problems. Until we went to Belize this summer. On arrival I noticed that one wheel was gone! The plate that held it on was broken. We struggled a bit getting home with a 50 pound bag with one wheel. We got home and promptly forgot to contact Armor about the problem. Then when we were pulling our gear out for another trip remembered the problem. So with two weeks until departure, my wife called Armor and was told that if she would second day ship it to them they would do their best to have it back in time for our trip. She took the bag to UPS and sent it to them. I figured that there was no way the bag would be back in time. Much to my surprise the bag came in less than a week later with a perfect repair. So I give both the bag and the company top marks. If you need a durable well made bag that is backed fully by the manufacturer Armor is the way to go.
